Founded the community based tutoring One Step Up platform grounds up to tutor economically disadvantaged children in local community. Recruited 7 tutors across geography to build scale, taught 55 students over a span of four years. 20 of the students experienced a significant improvement in their grades (from C/D to A-/B+)
